Can't open an appointment in Ms-outlook ? Access the user's profile folder - ensure that Ms-outlook is closed open the root folder i.e "C:\" or "  :\" as the case may beopen "Documents and Settings" folder open the folder named with the user's ID press F3 to open the search dialog and search for this file "FRMCACHE.DAT" identify the location of the file, find it and delete it then restart your Ms-outlook |
