depends, if u using bet9ja, u would see something like minimum payout n maximum payout, if one of the markets of the same game cast, ur game would be calculated n u would be paid btwn the minimum payout n maximum payout but u wonn't be paid maximum. If the two markets of the same game enters, u would be given the maximum payout. I stand to be corrected tho. Don't know about other bookies.
