The NCC has launched a brand new call centre for reporting fraudulent activities by Our telcos

this activities may include but not limited to;

unexplained disappearance of airtime (the Anini version grin)

caller tunes auto subscription embarassed MTN

etc.

I tried out the call centre with a pre-existing complaint and I was connected to an agent in seconds

the call centre can be accessed by dialling 622

honestly when I got the info at first I found it hard to believe despite the fact that it was from a reliable source

As if they will ever implement what you tell them. The complaints online is okay for any meaningful institution to act on.

Lol. So I have to dial a number and tell them how my silly network is charging me or no network at all ? Please do they use different network from the ones we use ? I believe they should have systems to monitor these things not waiting to for me to call some toll free number of which I know will take forever to get resolved ( a private company like etisalat can't meet such urgency talk of govt.). Well I'm waiting until Nigerians call and break down their line. Lol. Imagine 3000 frustrated Nigerias calling at once. And how do we know they will resolve the issue or will they forward the call to mtn every time one calls?

nwannem rapu akụkọ, eziokwu bụ ná we still av a long way to go as regards believing our institutions. If only they can be more proactive in the ones we've posted online, I think many of our challenges must av been addressed. I don't subscribe to dat call ish. Seeing is believing.

The interesting is that when i exchaust my mb and MTN didn‘t tamper wt my credit then i realised that MTN is now ff‘wng NCC directives by force.

LET HOPE THIS 622 WILL BE EFFECTIVE TOWARDS THE COMPLAINS.
