See the economics of it- a lot of naira would be spent on commerce* buying and selling..

I hate all those so called "free bus day". They declare free bus, put only 5 buses on the road pocket diesel money for 500 "free buses" leaving commuters stranded. We no want free bus. Put enough bus on the road we go pay.
