The FG has said that it can no longer afford to subsidize d Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) following d fraud that has attended its operation, stressing that the product will sell for N85 per litre as from 1st Jan 2016.
Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, speaking during d inspection of d Port-Harcourt refinery today said "We have done a modulation calculation & it is showing us below N87". Source Vanguard Newspaper.
