As in eh, The NPF still need to be overhauled from time to time.

Just this yesterday (night around Past 9pm), I was on my way from Ilorin , Was heading to Lag but had to drop by in Abeokuta for some stuffs , So , I decided to ply The Ibadan-Shiun-Abk express road... Now, for every app. 10km I travelled, I'm always greeted by a gang of Men in black (policemen) milking commercial vehicles dry @ every step of d way... The funny part was at one spot when I was to overtake one of those commercial vehicles like that , He was literally asking the Policemen "Oga shey e in change 1000naira sha'' - Oga hope you've 1000naira change? Asif he is trying to buy christmas chicken from one of those road side stores... Its comically saddening
