Not at this rate. Nice attempt, the guy isn't BAD, neither is he the best, lyrics sound very amateurish along with most of the songs, voice is ok, not too bad, not the best. Was hoping for at least one song to grab me, it didn't happen, as in, the songs you provided aren't really the kind that after listening to it for sometimes, it will stick in your head, none stood out for me. Other than the actual music, I guess he has a good image going for him in a sense, he looks. . .cool Did I just say that? Not withstanding, hardly anyone is perfect on their first try of things (I'm guessing he's new) so he should keep going at it, alot of things to improve but then again 'there's always room for improvement, you know-it's the biggest room in the house'. Just my two cents. |

the new prince? . . . . .err i don't think so The main problem is that his voice is just ordinary and the production is not very good. It doesnt sound like it was mixed and mastered properly. It may have been good enough 20 years ago ( he sounds like Alex O) but Banky W has set a very high bar for Naija R& B crooners. But at least ibkaye fancies him |
