B vitamins are used in many different ways and perform many functions, including the increase in energy, creation of new blood cells and metabolic regulation.

When it comes to body metabolism, B vitamins are important because many weight loss clinics recommend vitamin B12 shots to those that want to lose weight. For best results, B vitamins should be consumed collectively. The development of a diet containing vitamin B-rich foods such as dairy products, egg yolks, meat, fish, legumes and leafy vegetables will improve your chances of boosting your metabolism and losing weight.

Vitamin C

When combined with vitamin E, vitamin C helps in the process of removing the free radicals the oxidation of harmful cells. Vitamin C also serves as a facilitator for the absorption of vitamins and mineral supplements such as calcium, folacin, and iron. Vitamin C is also a correlate of healthy hormones, bones, blood vessels, teeth and collagen. Apart from the nutritional benefits, Vitamin C is also essential for improving your immune system, which is necessary for weight loss. For best results, consider including foods that are rich in vitamin C in your diet like broccoli and dark green vegetables, red and green peppers, citrus fruits like oranges, tomatoes, and grapefruits.

Vitamin D

Researchers have identified that vitamin D is a contributing factor to greater weight loss success. It is clear that vitamin D is not the answer to all your problems of weight loss, but it can improve and change things. In particular, for those with inadequate levels of vitamin D that are in a weight loss program, supplementing with vitamin D can help create balance and increase own weight loss success. Of course, this would be done by other weight loss methods like eating healthy foods and regular exercise.

The same thing with Vitamin C, Vitamin D also helps with the absorption of calcium, which is essential for preventing osteoporosis and maintaining bone density. In the most natural sources, vitamin D can be created through 15-30 minutes of direct sunlight a three times a week. If it is winter season or if you’re not a big fan of the sun, you can also get a good amount of food such as cereals, yogurt, bread, milk, liver oils fish, catfish, tuna, salmon, and herring.

Vitamin E

Similar to Vitamin C and B Vitamins, Vitamin E has also been identified as a strong antioxidant and contributing factor in the development of an efficient metabolism rate. Also, vitamin E also stimulates the immune system and is connected to the prevention of heart disease and cancer in some cases. Healthy skin is another benefit of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps to promote skin elasticity, which is essential for someone who wants to lose weight. If you want to get good results you can check out vitamin E found in unsaturated fats, including leafy/green vegetables like broccoli or lettuce, vegetable oil, whole grains, avocado oil, nuts, seeds, and wheat germ.
