The much anticipated 2015 edition of popular music awards, The Headies, previously scheduled to hold on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 has now been rescheduled to hold on New year's day 2016.
Although no reason was given for the postponement of the awards, a close associate of the organizers said the postponement provides the room for the organizers to deliver an event many expect to be truly remarkable.
The new date of the Headies awards clashes with the January 1st concert of veteran comedian, Ali Baba.
Put together by Smooth Productions, the 2015 edition of the awards will be hosted by popular dancer, Kaffy and comedian, Bovi.
Artistes billed to perform at the event include 2face Idibia, Olamide, Iyanya, Vector, Seyi Shay, Falz, Adekunle Gold, Simi, Victoria Kimani, and many others.
