Hi Nairaland, I want to buy a Tokunbo opel zafira elegance 2003 with a budget of 850k asap. But I don't really know much about it. Is it a good mpv car, does it have good fuel economy, is the Part easily affordable?? Is it problematic?? Kindly share your advise, thought and recommendations. Thanks

When car launched, it received so many awards. Why not take a trip to your local spare parts yard and ask about parts availability.
NB: Vehicles would generally have one problem or the other, is previous owner(s) did not maintain vehicle accordingly!!!

Upnorth in Kaduna, Jos etc, its used for commercial purpose. My former neighbour used a Zarifa 2.0 fwd auto. He says its a cool car. I recall when he wanted to replace a shaft, his mechanic disconnected the battery with the key in ignition, on reconnection, the car key went out of sync with the immobilizer. He had to purchase new key, ECU and immobilizer before he could start the car again.
