It was amidst pomp and pageantry that the much anticipated second edition of Olamide Live in Concert held at the posh Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Tagged as "OLIC2:The Beast Mode", the glamorous event held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 with the creme of the entertainment industry in attendance. They include multiple award winning entertainers such as Pasuma Wonder, Chidinma, Reminisce, Phyno, Lil Kesh, Harrysong, Burna Boy, Sexy Steel, Q Dot, Eniola Badmus, N6, Emma Nyra, Freeze, Orezi, Toolz, Skuki, Viktoh, among others.
Hosted by popular comedian, Basketmouth, music stars such as Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh, Reminisce, Phyno, Orezi, Eva Alordiah, Harrysong, BaseOne, Que Peller, among several others took turns to thrill guests and other concert goers to a fun filled night.
As expected, Olamide took the crowd through a rendition of popular hits from his repertoire in spectacular fashion. Also, YBNL in-house disc jockey, DJ Enimoney who is also Olamide’s younger brother showed his turntable prowess after he took the audience into a reminiscent mood. He played around different classics from the local and international scene.
The highlight of the night was the special recognition of the YBNL lead act by the Boys Scouts Association of Nigeria; an association he’s been an active member of, since childhood.
