SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB ASSIGNMENT

The candidate will act as the link between the production crew and the retail co-coordinators as well as the brand implementers for all issues that concern production.
He/she will manage the production crew for optimal performance and response to work.
The candidate will be technically very proficient and will be expected to supervise/support all aspects of project processes/tasks as required.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

 Organize/constitute teams to work on projects
 Track productivity of production crew
 Track attendance of production crew
 Assign duties/jobs to production crew as appropriate
 Represent both management and Production crew on issues relating to work
 Liaise with team leaders as needed to ensure on-time and real-time output
 Ensure constant feedback and communication
 Trouble-shoot Production Crew issues

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of any of the following : OND, Trade Test certification, evidence of in-house training with an organization

EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum of 4 years work experience
 Experience of working with technically diverse team members

 Can use own initiative
 Willing to travel
 Knowledge of local Nigerian languages a plus
