The issue of thugs is subject to the location of site if it is in G.R.A or prime area of abuja thugs cannot disturb but if is in abuja sub or village area thugs dey .

Yes 7-8 million is ok without the finishes but have 12million in mind before your building will be ready.

yes, a close,i ve a break down of cost as follows from one firm,

foundation- 2m
block work to decking-1.5m
decking-2m
roofing-1.5m
miscell.-(including plastering)-2m

I know some of it is on d high side,so i will try n beat d price down.Thanks guys keeps d contribution coming
