If NASS summon Buhari, he will simply send a Permanent Secretary or an Assistant to represent him. That is if he doesn't ignore them completely! And there is nothing they can do about it.

It is necessary to respect the separation of power and as such the President of Nigeria should not be too big to report to the NASS and explain comments he made directly on video that threatens the foundations of our democracy itself!
