Once you buy your monthly order as an IBO (Independent Business Owner), you are given your own personal website and “capture pages” that you can promote anyway you like to get interested people, also called “Leads.”

A capture page usually is a form that interested prospects enter their name and email to then receive further information about the company.

Prospecting is the core activity which builds your network marketing business.

Caveat: A lead is not a guaranteed sale or upgrade. It merely means someone was interested in looking or they were slightly curious.

The people who become successful with their home-based business know that it takes lots of leads to get one upgraded IBO.

If you’re poor at converting Leads into buyers you’re looking at a 1% conversion rate.

When people become better at prospecting the conversion ratio will improve from 10% to 40%.

This is hard to swallow for a lot of beginners. They want fast money or a get-rich-quick scheme, which doesn’t happen in business.

But, if you are willing to start slow, be patient and learn network marketing like a profession and treat it seriously, you will go far. The payoff is making Thousands and even Millions of Naira a month in a few years on automatic pilot.

If you are willing to invest the amount it takes to keep your cell phone on, then you are ready to profit by owning a home-based business.
