TV host, lifestyle writer and ex-wife to Nigerian artist 9ice, Toni Payne has slammed critics blasting her former husband's music career. This is coming on the heels of mentions flooding her timeline calling out 9ice following the fallout between Olamide and Don Jazzy. In her tweets firing back at critics, Toni Payne said: "There are like maybe less than 10 complete albums in our generation.. Gongo Aso is one of them. You CANT downplay nor change that fact...Coming in my mentions to throw shade at him cos u think I'll cosign is the wrong move .. I'll simply return u back to ur sender .. Nonsense!" One of her followers tweeted a question at her "is 9ice also a winner". Toni Payne replied: "Yes he is! Because you follow trends and lack understanding of good music doesn't mean everyone is the same way. That 9ice you speak of has made a difference in the industry! Who have u impacted?
