I have been a user of Spectranet for over 4 Yrs now. Recently there was a double recharge promo, whereby when you recharge your data subscription within a period of time, you data will be doubled. I recharged within the period and expectedly my subscription was doubled giving me a massive 49GB. Averagely i use about 15Gb monthly. I woke up on Thursday 31st December (Not up to a month) only to discover that all my data has disappeared as if i run a cybercafe. I related my fear to a female friend and was shocked to hear from her that same thing happened to her at the time of enquiry from her.
It was very painful for so many reasons, how can so called reputable companies announce promos that are not real and fraudulent. if there had not been any promo, i would have still not exhausted my data within the one month time frame.
I am petitioning the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) for this reap off and fraudulent act.

It was never free, I paid for the data. They were only doing a promo. Please get the facts right.

Mine is still intact. I have over 55GB. Your own case might be system error but am afraid you get your lost data back.
