What Does The Slang "Leave Trash For Lawma" Actually Mean? by Nairaland101(m): 12:08am On Jan 05, 2016 |
More or less, barely 10 hours after Olamide dropped the slang _ Leave Trash for Lawma, it started trending and since then has generated a lot of usages in the social media. The annoying thing is the high usage of it even where it is inappropriate to be used. It is therefore not surprising to hear people respond to stuffs like "How to Improve Security Challenges in Nigeria", "Flavour and Anna Banner Dedicate their Daughter in Enugu" or "How to become a Successful Blogger" with Leave trash for lawma or LTFL Nairalanders, my question therefore is: what did Olamide mean actually by Leave trash for lawma and when is it proper to use this jargon? The answer to this question will definitely save some people from misbehaving and fooling themselves by tryna to be trendy or whatever. One guy recently posted, perhaps mockingly, on his Facebook thus, " Badoo see wot you have caused, now, nobody wants to leave trash for Eswama, Answama or any other state's waste management agency again" lols |
