Blackcore Edge Don't overdo the number of times you workout in a week, limit yourself to a maximum of four days. This allows your muscles to repair and rebuild themselves with a bit of rest. If you work out too often, you run the risk of injuring yourself. This will only be counterproductive in the long run. Getting just the right calorie intake will significantly affect your muscle building results. There are good calories and bad; so focus on consuming healthy whole grains and lean protein along with a good quantity of fresh fruits and veggies. Eating a poor diet will not help you put on muscle; it will only make you fat.
