Even if all the money is refunded do u think u will see a dimme of it,,the same way abacha loot was used is till same way pmb will tell u tht it will be used to developed the ravaged north east.
the south should wake up from their slumber & fight for a stop to these by not allowing the north to keep squadering & enriching themselves with money from resources in the south,,,,
