Taraba State College of Agriculture has been closed down after students protested over cases of rampant missing genital organs.
THISDAY checks revealed that three male students of the College reported that their genitals disappeared after body contact with another student.
Confirming the report, the state Police Public Relation Officer, Sani Baba, said anti-riot policemen were drafted to the school to stop the protest.
He said three policemen were injured in the process and they are now receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Jalingo.
He said 10 cases of missing genitals had been reported in the state and they are working with doctors from the state specialist hospital and Federal Medical Centre for proper examination of victims.
He appealed to the public to report any suspected cases of missing genital to the police for proper investigation and caution against killing of suspect.
The rampant incident of missing genitals which started in the state capital last week has spread to other parts of the state.
The latest case happened at a church located in Magami area of Jalingo during a Sunday service immediately the Pastor preached against it.
