I have opened these thread to help advice and guide you to fix minor issues and maintain the good health your laptop computers yourselves. hello, I see you are back on air. well good. I thank u for fixing my laptop well my laptop well. its been running perfectly since.
I'm using windows defender as antivirus and I'm kind of worried its may not be adequate defence enough so I'm thinking AVG.
but I'm not a rich man so I don't want to throw away money buying something I don't really need so I got to ask ......is windows defender a good antivirus software?
I know it has no live scanning but if I keep it well updated cab it clean out all the bad things from my laptop?___virus, worms, Trojans, malware...can it fight them?

I don't know what program I installed on my computer recently, but my mind tells me simple server. Ever since then, my system malfunctions a lot. Whenever I press a key on the keyboard , it closes the page and goes back to the desktop , opening many pages of Wordpad. I have tried system restore and deleted recently installed files but the same problem persists.
Please help.

yu will av to service ur system dust d cooling fan and putting processor paste on d processor and format it to stop it from hanging while browsing and all oda stuff.... whatsapp or call me if u want me to perform all dat for yu

When I check my properties, Installed Memory (RAM) showing 4.00 GB(2.90 GB usable), I don't understand why it's showing so because when I was using windows 7 it's was just showing 4.00GB, But I recently changed hard disk and upgraded to windows 8.1

Its because u are using 32bits reload it and make it 64bits operating system it will work fine

Please wanted to know, since the system originally came with 64bit and now it was downgraded by mistake by the person that installed the OS for me to 32bits which is why you said I am seeing the 2.9GB RAM usable thing, do you think this thing will affect the performance of the system?

it won't affect it really but it's working on 2.9gb instead of 4gb

It might be the adaptor or the port. First, replace the former with a functional and compatible one. If the problem persists, consult your engineer for the port to be changed.

it might be ur battery or from the mother board bt firstly vheck ur battery n get bck to me

My phone Pavilion g6 fell off the stool, made a continuous clicking sound then I shut it down. When I tried to boot it, with Windows refuse to load. I just see a black screen.
