I Ve been wondering for sometime nw u wake up from sleep the first thing u do is to planter flex ur foot, stretch out ur hands and take dat one stretch that will kick start ur day.....the truth is, its nt just humans Bt almost all mammals stretch after waking up...so my qstn is why do we stretch reasonable answers pls... |
