Sales and Marketing Manager (Mobile)
A multi-national company in the mobile device sector requires for immediate employment, Sales and Marketing Manager for its rapidly expanding mobile phone brand and related accessories within the Nigeria and West Africa Market.
The Ideal Candidate
Will possess prior experience on the same or similar role (5 Years) with a capacity to work in a high pressure but rewarding environment.
Candidate must have a proven track record of achieving targets
Will have knowledge of the mid-level and high end mobile device market.
Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Assigns sales territory to sales personnel. Analyses sales statistics to formulate policy and to assist dealers in promoting sales.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Coordinates liaison between sales major distributors and retail partners and other sales-related units. Analyses and controls expenditures of the Nigeria operation to conform to budgetary requirements and ensure profitability.
Manages sales activities Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales. Required to direct sales for manufacturer, retail store, wholesale house, jobber, or other establishment. Will be required to champion market research. Will be required to recommend or approve budget, expenditures.
