Job Position: Finance/Asset Assistant

Location: Lagos

Profile:

Degree in Accounting, business administration, finance or other related field.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Accounting packages such as Peachtree and Quickbooks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Efficient Administrative skills.
Able to work comfortably with numbers.
Excellent negotiation skills.
At least 1 year experience in the Finance/Asset management field.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Managing, reviewing and revising financial records in a timely manner.
Periodic Inventory of Assets.
Efficient maintenance of facility and assets in 5 offices across Nigeria.
Assists the Finance/Asset Manager with the preparation of financial reports.
Assists with management and filing, scanning and archiving of financial and office records.
Develops tools and mechanisms for effective and efficient monitoring of program and project budgets
