Uneasy calm pervades one of the oldest suburbs in Lagos, the people of ejigbo who are known for their display of excessive entrepreneurship vigour frowned at the inconveniency of buying fuel far than the normal price sold in other part of the state

Speaking to our reporter, one mr Isaac mba(pseudonym) lashed out at the discomfort of spending much to fund his barbing salon while he charges just N200 per haircut

Another trader who chose to be anonymous showered encomium on black marketers who has been their backbone amidst these allegory uncontrollable tragedy in the name of fuel scarcity, she said; if not for them, I wont be able to run my frozen food business

However, the people of Joesph street in particular has called on the lagos state government to bailed them out of this mess before they spend all their earnings on fuel

In another plead, they humbly ask the lagos state governor to fix the electricity once and for all

We sincerely hope something is done soon, it is totally unfair to them, Naijanewsrave learnt petrol sells way higher than N130 in other cities

We hope the govt will pay fast attention to this

Actually its the truth, the fuel price is really high bcaus there are Nigerians who are living on a low income and those who husstle 4 money daily to feed their family, now how would u expect them to purchase fuel at that amount in their taxi, motor cycles and other machinaries, the government should do something about it, they dont even feel it bcaus they stay at abuja enjoying but fail to realise that it is this same people that voted 4 them.
