All documents will be assigned to the new buyer once seller confirms buyer's financial instrument. This vessel is currently in Singapore but would set to sail to your Buyer's Port once buyer is ready to issue BG/SBLC of $6 million USD commitment.

1.   Seller issues SPA with International Passport copies.  Buyer signs and seals SPA with International Passport Copies. Buyer provides banking details, and return SPA to Seller,  the signed agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
 
2.  Upon confirmation of loaded cargo POP, Buyer instructs his bank to issue SBLC of a face value of $10 Million USD which MUST [exceed 90 days] to Seller’s nominated Fiduciary Bank account in Asia. THIS INSTRUMENT IS TO SERVE ONLY AS GUARANTEE AND WILL NOT BE CASHED. MT799/MT760/MT103/23 face value of total cargo is also accepted by seller.
 
3. Buyer provides NOR/ETA format to Seller with evidence of surveyor (SGS/CIQ) and local Agent. ATB/NOR/ETA format shall include, Supercargo’s seaman’s certificate, International passport, telephone number and email address. Inspector’s details, if already nominated, shall be included.
 
4.   Seller instructs Captain of loaded to issue NOR/ETA to Port of Discharge (POD). Buyer Appointed Shipping Agent/Vessel Handler verifies NOR/ETA. Buyer Port of Discharge (POD) replies readiness to receive cargo..
 
4.   Loaded vessel sails to Port of Discharge, Upon vessel arriving,.
 
6.   ATB from loaded vessel is issued, Super Cargo and Inspectors board vessel for physical confirmation of product and CIQ (Q&Q)...
 
7.   THE Q&Q ANALYSIS Report is presented to the Seller and Buyer via inspector’s secure domain.  Buyer accepts volume, in writing, as stated in successful Q&Q report as final for payment.
