do you know how much aid comes to Africa to curb hiv/aids yearly? I guess you have no idea. Its $2billion from bill gates alone and nigeria gets about 25% of that money.Nigeria as a nation is reallly benefits from such assistance and any pharmaceutical research that has no interntional affiliation will not be given recognition in the global front that is why OBJ administration was able to use the courts to frustrate Abalaka's discovery until somtime last year when the court of appeal deemed it fit to allow abalaka use the vaccine.meanwhile even abalaka has used himself as guineapig over the decade not to talk of those that have been cured but have declined to come out publicly to affirm it because of the court restrictions.Everything on the african continent is always done in a disoriented and frustrating manner!
