Nobody can really say he was involved in ballot box snatching as some are commenting except people who saw it with their eyes. But one thing is certain party agents will continue to exist because they serve as observers and also monitor the election and sign the result sheet on behalf of the party in their ward. Being a party agent is not a crime depending one how you go about it and eschewing violence, so let's stop condemining this man for being an agent to his party.
