The 'Dasuki' In Us:- As Boko Haram marauders were busy killing, abducting, raping and mocking fellow Nigerians, a man named 'Dasuki' was using the opportunity to scatter Billions of Naira under an executive umbrella. Monies meant for bullets, guns and other hardware were packaged into different sizes and posted to different hands. As helpless villagers were being killed...small girls being kidnapped and soldiers being disgraced by rag-tag terrorists, ATM Dasuki was busy dispensing 'cash' to those with excutive 'passwords'. Our soldiers were expected to fight with catapults...while Dasuki continues to stamp bags of money with the inks of blood. Many elders of our land, journalists of our society and elites of our communities took part in this unholy communion administered by Pope Bishop Imam Grandmaster Dasuki. Now...the Wind of Change is blowing, and the evil feathers of Vulture Dasuki are being exposed on the streets of Nigeria. Dasuki did not drop from heaven, he is just what an average Nigerian can be when saddled with the 'bag' of the common-wealth. From the Altars of Churches, pinnacles of mosques to the shrines of gods, Nigerians continue to dare even invisible powers when it comes to money. From Up North to the Down South...most Nigerians wake up daily looking for where to steal, to kill and to destroy. Alas, a Nation meant to be great has its inhabitants operating like cobras...the venom of corruption, the coil of embezzlement, and the total swallowing of monumental wealth. A nation at war within itself...where the main purpose of occupying a post is for the primary aim of stealing. The few who are closer to the 'cake' have made other Nigerians a group of helpless beggars who politicians canvass for their votes with key-holders and foodstuffs. The 'Dasuki' in all of us must die if we are to build a Nation...Yes, the 'Dasuki' in us must be crucified.

It might not make front page or be discussed more as most of us Nigerians are always better off blaming others than taking responsibilities for our actions. Its would have sell like hot cakes if you bash Igbos or Yorubas as most Nigerian youths wont face the 'Dasuki' in us but rather we will paint our Tribesmen as the 'Angelic' creatures of Nigeria and sing to the high heavens of our Supreme tribes as the "one without which Nigeria can do without". Unless we all kill the Dasuki in us all, our frustrations shall continue even if we split into 250 (representing the 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria).
