Hi everyone, I urgently need your help. What can i do in this world to add weight, no matter how little. My own lekpa dy gv me concerns. My legs especially, tiny like band sticks. I eat heavy foods, almost 4 tyms a day. Even though i dnt eat these things, Yam{i replace it with fufu}, i don't take tea, i dont like milk for anything, i also dislike beans, it usually sends me to the toilet . B. T. W, i masturbate a lot {for 8 years now} buy i heard people say it doesn't affect ones physic. But i have stopped to some extent.
