British OAP Accidentally Announces "David Cameron Is Dead" Instead of David Bowie Unbelievable gaffe! A radio presenter accidentally announced that British Prime Minister, David Cameron had died this morning. Heart FM presenter Fiona Winchester was reading the news when she got mixed up, reading out the Prime Minister’s name instead of David Bowie, who sadly passed away from cancer last night. ‘David Cameron has died,’ she said, before quickly realizing her mistake. To prove that he was alive, Mr Cameron took to his official Twitter page to post his condolences to the Bowie family.
