If you consider Lagos, Egbeda/Alimosho area is cool. You might get a 4 x 3 bed flats building at 22m, or 20m if you search wide enough. With C of O. Ok maybe little renovation/painting etc.

A flat can command 250k/annum = 1m. Short of 1.2m but not bad.

Though tenants can be a nightmare sometimes. I'm currently spending money on lawyer to evict a tenant.

Nor be to pay owed 8 months even be the discussion now, just to go.

He does seemingly. But not done business with him yet. Always the one I want get snapped up before I get someone to go inspect.

All those Abijo/Ibeju/Lakowe nor be here distance wise.

To get somebody from mainland leave job/business nor easy.
