Hi guys, how can someone register on paypal to be using credit cards. Nigeria is not on the list of countries.

Pls anyone with an idea?

Forget paypal.They have no respect for nigeria even though some african countries poorer than nigeria have verified paypal accounts.Besides, pay pal has a lot of issues.They can suspend or close your account at random or whenever they please.I know a couple of people in Canada who have had tales of woe concerning pay pal.One has his account suspended for almost a year (with about $950 in it).Mind you, they still make their profits whether its suspended or not.Another guy lost almost $2,000 to paypal.He has written and called them with no positive feed back.He simply gave up and moved on.

There are alternatives though e.g liberty reserve,pecunix and money bookers.

You can get a paypal account but it's a long process. you need a foreign address from a country aside from nigeria. most nigerians use a service called graphcard to purchase a Us address, create a visa card which is used to verify, their paypal accounts. this service will cost you about 25 to 30 usd.
