At least a diploma holder can attend the training. As for job guarantee, it depends on you. The training gives you an opportunity to get on-the-job practical experience and exposure with a media house. Your performance and conduct at the media house will determine a lot of things. Just like every other profession, there are many persons looking out for similar opportunities; this training gives you an added advantage more than the person who just has a first degree. But you have to prove yourself when you get to the media house for internship. We have people who got an offer from the media house where they did their internship.
