This is not an attempt to embarrass anyone but to help those who desire to know the truth find the true path of true and turn away from deception.

Both the Bible and the Qur'an says Jesus Christ was conceived while Mary was a virgin. However- and this is important for those who claim both religions are from the same God- Jesus mostly referred to God as "My Father" all through the Gospel (Bible). For example, in John 8:54 Jesus told the Jews, "My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me." Whereas the author of the Qur'an insists that although Jesus' conception did not involve sperm-egg interaction, Jesus is the son of Mary and not the son of God. It leaves one to wonder how Jesus could be "son of Mary" when all Mary did was carry God's miracle to delivery and yet Jesus could not be the son of the God who made the miracle happen.

In the attempt to clear the issue the author of the Qur'an asked a question which was implied as having a ready and clear answer. Yes, it does, but that answer is found in the Bible's narration of the events preceding the conception of Jesus. This is because the Qur'an's position on God who created and knows all things was challenged in that same verse the position was taken by that question in the Qur'an. And it tells the wise and discerning something about the author of the book.

See the Quran's question and the Bible's simple answer below.

THE QUESTION(Quran 6:101):

"[He is] Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He does not have a [female] companion and He created all things? And He is, of all things, Knowing." (Sahih International, English)

THE ANSWER (Bible, Luke 1:37):

"For with God nothing will be impossible."(NKJV)

Yes it did answer...... Even, it was not Jesus alone that the bible refers to as God's son.. In the bible, Adam was called God's son (luke 3:38)
. So If they agreed to the fact that God created Adam and the bible addressed him as his son.. where is the woman/wife that met with God, for adam to be formed?
And that your bible account answers again
. All things are possible!!

As usual owing to the fact that the quoran was written by a dishonest illiterate, it contradicts itself with this question:

THE QUESTION(Quran 6:101):

"[He is] Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He does not have a [female] companion and He created all things? And He is, of all things, Knowing."

If Mary can have a son without a male companion(which the quoran confirms) how much more God almighty who created all things Asking such a daft question betrays the carnal and fleshy nature of the writer of the quoran.

Important question only because it helps sincere Muslims to see that the source of the Qur'an's inspiration is not God. Otherwise the question/assertion is a display of shallowness in thinking.

I guess the author is thinking that having to acknowledge Jesus as the son of God means God would be seen of necessity to have donated a sperm to fertilize Mary's egg. That is absurd. God did not need any human to create a full grown Adam. How will He need one to create an embryo? You don't need a prophet to tell you the author of the Qur'an is not the All-knowing God as the book tries so hard to claim.

May God open the eyes of those who desire to know the truth.
