A truck with reg no GGE 691 moving inward ikeja lost control due to break failure, it then jumped and cross to other lane of secretariat entrance collided with Mercedes Benze 4matic with reg no FST 161BZ and another jeep Land Rover with reg no EKY93 DV at about 10:34 am in front of Alausa secretariat on 16th January,2016. The driver of the sunction truck identified as Muraino died, while the motor boy, an adult male had fracture and was taken to Lasuth by LASAMBUS. The drivers of the two vehicles escaped unhurt.
