Governor Okezie Ikpeazu accompanied by his Commissioner for Works, Hon. Eziuche Ubani, inspected Ibere Road off Ngwa Road in Aba today...Ibere is a 5 km road from Ngwa Road down to Port Harcourt Road...work will commence on the road next month.
The game plan is to create a water chanell in this rood through which all the waters from Urutta and Portharcourt road would empty into and flow straight to Aba river. Once this route is properly fixed,technically portharcourt road dilapidation problem is fixed.
