If someone is not sack for this mess, it means the fight against corruption is a fraud.

It shouldn't stop at sacking alone, people including the president must resign to make reparation for this heinous crime.
People calling for Ita Enang to be sacked should know that the man isn't alone in this and certainly didn't act on his own. He most certainly acted on orders from above. Ita Enang I believe is not that bold and stupid enough to do steal and doctor the budge without authorization from his master.
We all should be united in asking for all involved to resign.
