You should be charging them before sending them Estimates,most of them would collect quotation and give the job to someone else

Sir, for you to know what will complete your friend's building and the fence, you either:

1. Supply the drawings of the building and pictures of the current state of the building to a competent Quantity Surveyor who will estimate the cost to complete the project for you.

2. Better still, you can arrange for a competent Quantity Surveyor to visit the site and do physical measurements in order to arrive at a completion cost.

Nobody here can tell you what the cost will be without first getting the necessary details. Anyone who tries to give you an estimate without doing all or either of the above-mentioned items is only doing guesswork OR taking you for a ride and planning to con your friend out of his hard-earned money.
