Not good esp if u eat late and head straight to bed. 8pm at mots is Ok but if u must eat later than that,make sure u stay up long enough for the food to digest b4 heading to bed. |

Mehn i know what you mean. I'm worse. . .i eat a few minutes before i hit the sack. I do it with lunch sometimes too. |
