easy/quick to prepare, you can put any side dish next to rice, yield more (if u have plenty kids) it's more filling   |

yea rice on sundays is good still keeping it till death do us part  akara and akamu on saturdays or beans,never liked beans for once,i was trained by a teacher they dont joke with beans on saturdays |
