I know the Grand Vitara, but I need a small, inexpensive mini-SUV that can take a lot of punishment. I hear the suzuki's ride xteristics are not that great but I simply need a vehicle that will be at home in mud, sand and floods. I would have bought a Jeep Wrangler but the equipment they come with are not encouraging.

i think an xterra is equal to the task, i was at c & i this evening with a friend, personally i wont pay 1.5 for those jeeps, thought they would be cheap but they werent the 09 vitara was 5.6m i ran out of the place,

u can read reviews about the xterra, maybe after that u might change ur mind. cheers
