The Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, on Monday flagged off free feeding in the state primary schools in what the governor described as a fulfillment of his pledge to provide free education to pupils in Kaduna state. According to him, the free feeding programme is expected to benefit 1.5 million children in over 4,000 pubic primary schools across the state. http://www.nigerianewsheadlines.com/?p=18606
