Reporting to the Project Manager, the role will provide support on project planning, project financial projections, execution, project reporting and documentation processes. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret client briefs for the timely creation of excellent images using 3D STUDION MAX. He/she is to ensure proper interpretation and construction of designs to specification by the construction team and to oversee construction of the designed images on site as required. The candidate will be technically very proficient and will be expected to supervise/support all aspects of project processes in the company as required.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT COORDINATION:
 Manage and forecast spend, using whole life cycle costing techniques, ensuring that work is kept to budget
 Liaise closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors, and in-house project teams
 Ensuring site-specific equipment is used for all project
 Organizing and assessing the work of contractors
 Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures
 Monitoring building systems and processes
 Evaluation of progress, safety and quality assurance control.
 Ensure that project procedures are implemented and followed
 Collect and analyse key project data on a weekly basis and liaise with the Project Manager on reporting to the Creative Director
 Ensure that all project-related documents are produced in a timely fashion, kept up to date and are made accessible to project teams and company employees, as appropriate
Constantly assess the project method and propose and implement improvements to working practices where appropriate.
 Manage and oversee project from design to delivery

COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION:
 Ensure on-time delivery of client projects
 Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements
 Assist with regular reporting on project status.
 Escalate problems at the earliest opportunity to the Project Manager and the appropriate head of department.
 Ensure that the project teams are kept fully informed about tasks required of them and their roles on projects.

WORK PLANNING:
 Using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design all the systems required for the project
 Design and interpret Architecture, Mechanical and electrical drawings.
 The brand implementor will be responsible for his/her day-to-day work planning against objectives set by the Project Manager.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
 Good first degree in Architecture from a reputable university
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 Very good knowledge of 3D Studio Max

EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum of 3 years of work experience in architecture or related field
 Experience of participating in projects is essential
 Experience of working with technically diverse team members
 Relevant experience in brand management and concept generation

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB ASSIGNMENT
Reporting to the Head Design & Development, the role will work closely with Head, Web Design and other members of the Development Team to develop detailed design specifications with clear project deliverables and timelines The candidate must have and be able to demonstrate very strong analytical skills combined with some knowledge of Interactive technologies / techniques including Action Script, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP, MYSQL and Coreldraw
MAIN ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and build complete Flash banner ads, 
Produce Flash Animations & web sites using Adobe Flash, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Fireworks, HTML/DreamWeaver,
Design Flash websites as well as slicing of websites
Design interactive flash multimedia C
ommunicate to the Head web design with efficiency and accuracy on any progress and/or delays
Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for website
Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary
Create visual concepts that match the content and the image desired by the clients and ensure that sites are easy to navigate Build websites using technologies that conform to international standards
Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients
Provide training on maintenance and update procedures to clients who choose to take charge of their own websites.
Contribute to the overall development of the Web Design team
Any other duty as may be requested by management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar degree or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledgeable about the principles of graphics, typography, and illustration.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years experience corporate web design experience

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Full awareness of Flash file size optimization and intelligent pre-loading techniques.
Good knowledge of Interactive technologies / techniques including Action Script, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP , MYSQL and Coreldraw
Good knowledge of Photoshop/ fireworks and fluent in Adobe Creative Suites
Skillful in the use of pens, pencils, crayons, T-square, triangles and other visual and graphic aids.
The ability to translate others' ideas into designs, sketches and layouts
