The University of Port Harcourt hereby invites candidates which chose University of Port Harcourt as their 1st and/or 2nd choice in the 2009 Universities Matriculation Examination (UME) with a score of 200 and above for Dentistry, Engineering, Management Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing and Social Sciences; 180 and above for others to a screening exercise scheduled as follows:


Monday July 06, 2009 - Faculty of Social Sciences, Education
Tuesday July 07, 2009 - Sciences
Wednesday July 08, 2009 - Humanities, Pharmacy, Nursing, Agriculture
Thursday July 09, 2009 - Medicine, Anatomy, Physiology, Dentistry
Friday July 10, 2009 - Management Sciences
Saturday July 11, 2008 - Engineering

Qualified candidate had already been uploaded in their database. All you need do is to login with your jamb REGISTRATION Number and print out your qualification status and payment receipt. Remember to indicate your choice i.e First or Second by selecting from the drop down menu.

plz how much are we going to pay at the bank, presently, i have registered and printed all that needed to be printed. but the said amount was not mentioned. plz help me eith it. thanks

N2,000 to the following banks(U & C Microfinance Bank, ECOBANK, Intercontinental Bank, UBA -Choba & Abuja Campuses, Sterling Bank- UPTH, First Bank and Fin Bank). NB. This are banks within the University only. you cannot pay to any of this banks outside the university.
