In other words, the Nigerians refused request from neighbors to evacuate borders , therefor it was okay for Cameroon soldiers to wipe out the Nigerian men women and children, the Diplomats imply. Amnesty international must support this view too, since they are silent on the matter of Cameroonian human-rights violation of Nigerians.
