List will be coming out July after salah not early August again because they have finished compiling their list.

I must commend the togetherness amongst this bunch as this is what we all need. I also plead for us all to stay positive. Also to ask or confirm, please I stand to be corrected but I think the DSSC is for specialised/professional graduates. they always specify like this year was Engineers, Medical practitioners and public relations/music (broadcasting, journalism, etc)

Am so angry because I can't apply for DSSC because I would love to practice my profession but this niqqaz EG artillerymen, infantry, ordinance mixed with some signalz den armoury are not nice. The normal dailies should be "DAILY TRUST" and have not seen any article on the Nigeria Army yesterday , today edition. I have the app on my device and it gives alert immediately there is breaking news.

I think you got that wrong. SSC only run one major course and that is during your conversion to RC(Regular Combatant) course which involves physical exercises. SSC as well as RC command troops. They have boys that do the work for them, and if deployed for combat, they get added allowances. They have enough time to flex and just order their boys to mount the road blocks.

DSSC are professionals like those in private organizations who will have to go for courses upon courses. If lucky u can fall into finance office and you get to deal with the cash flow.

Although, there are special units for SSC and RC like the anti bomb, counter terrorist etc where you go for special training courses. It is nothing like what DSSC officers have to go through. For DSSC, you go course tire till your retirement.

The first question I'll ask u is ARE YOU A PERSONNEL?
if NO, u have no idea of what am saying......and if yes I'd tell u the system as changed to what am saying.

Have got 2 brother in the system yl d other one is a family friend. The 3rd dude complain z so badly to d extent of him saying "if he was a civilian he wouldn't read as much as this" and he regretted not enrolling as a DIRECT OFFICER so my brother u r not really sure of what m saying if a whole COLONEL can tell me I should be ready to go for series of courses I dont think a colonel can be wrong.

Damn! I have the sane problem now. I combined certificates and one of the has a different dob. WAEC made a mistake. I will swear an affidavit soon but I don't know if it will be enough to convince the army board if selected.

Pls house members, I need ur opinion on this issue: The name I used in my Primary School is not the same name I'm using now. Which means I changed name after my primary education. So apart from my FSLC, all my other certificates bear the name I'm using now. But to fulfil the requirements of the law, I swore a court affidavit of change of name in 2006 i.e 10 yrs ago. Secondly, I did a publication of the change of name in Punch Newspaper published on Sunday, 10th April, 2016 at page 47. Again, on 13th April, 2016 I swore another court affidavit verifying the Newspaper Publication of the change of name & the earlier affidavit I swore in 2006. All these were done in order to validate my FSLC since the name on it & the name on other certificates of mine (which am now using) belong to one and the same person. Which means I have two separate court affidavits & the Newspaper publication backing it up. I hope I will not be prejudiced because of it? I decided to ask this question because sometimes I entertain fear because of it

Good morning house, pls i applied 4 ssc, then i got a job which took much of time frm signing those forms. Now i'm a bit free but i'm confused. I've just 3 forms, parent/guardian, lga attestation and referee form (without passport). My questions are:
1. Are these the only forms needed
2. Does d lga attestation and referee form make d 2 referees form
3. I didnt upload my fslc, hope no problem.

u'll need anoda referee form and passports have to be attached. hope u downloaded ur photocard. I didn't upload my fslc too but if we get lucky to be shortlisted, we'll have to present it durin th interviews.
