I did my own with those absorbable cadgot or so that doesn't need to be removed after stitching meaning my body absorbed it and a professional who understood plastic surgery did it so that I don't have any noticeable scar.
Is like I heard the hospital commandant saying that they won't evict anyone based on scars as far as it's not fresh and also my friend in course 44 SSC who had a large scar from appendicitis surgery was taken and he is a second lieutenant and planning to hang two pips before this year runs out.
Below is my own surgery sight, you won't notice it was operated on.

I hope you made it too Sir.

For those that saw this post back then, I'm here to say I made the list

Thanks to those that made valuable input to my very many questions

Finally, the surgery was never done. God saw me through the medicals.

Thank you nairalanders once again.

Good morning Gentlemen officers

I have a little navel protrusion(umbilical hernia) although, it has never disturbed me in any way. I never knew it was a challenge not until now
I was advised to go for surgery but I felt it's a bit late considering the time left.

My question
1) Should I still go for the surgery (The stitches would be visible )?
2) Should I not show up for the interview?
3) What advice do you have for me?

#N.B : I scaled the medical during 62RC interview.

Any nairalander with useful suggestion

I didn't, am so devastated, depressed and disappointed because I can't really pinpoint what really happened but I can't do anything. All my life and efforts just crumbled in front of me yesterday.
Congratulations to those that saw their names.

Bro, from experience they need only black suit for now. Don't carry load. U may wear ur traditional dress there , but not anytime soon.
The instructions says two pairs of national dress or suit and casual wears.
N:B No colour is specified for the suit

But if u are going to NDA don't go with suit that is not black.
The instructions u r talking about has been unchanged for years.
It is just an advice on what is on ground. But u can take it or leave it bro.
NDA has it's own standard: black suit.

Brother! Brother!! Brother!!!

How many times did i call you??

I read your posts alot and believe me, you have done your very best. You were prepared both physically, emotionally, psychologically and even network-wise.

Dont take this hard on yourself bro. It is either this wasn't your time or God is protecting you from greater harm.

Cheer up, pull yourself together, keep applying but continue building your career in the civilian world.

What matters in life is to make money legitimately and be happy. Life may not always give us what we want but the good thing is that we can always make a lemonade out of the lemon life throws at us.

I wish you good luck bro
