PPL like you ought to be flogged for such low IQ and for compounding on the ethnic/religious divide that exists between the north and south.

Consider the two case scenarios: two persons arriving to court to answer charges against them; one of them on bail pictured already seated inside during the trial proceedings itself; the other person, not on bail and under prison custody, pictured disembarking from a vehicle arriving outside the court premises before commencement of the day's proceedings.
Common sense should tell you that the one on bail does not need to be hand cuffed because he was not under custody and still a free man and would have even brought himself to court because he had already been pre-judged not to be a flight risk (hence reason for granting him bail) while the other person under custody is deemed quite the opposite; hence the reason for his restraint and the prison guards.
Besides, if you had cared to upload the picture of Metuh within the court, during the actual hearings, you would have noticed that his handcuffs had been removed - pls stop lying, not everybody is that blind or as stupid as you.
